The lily pond had given us surprises. Pink and white color lily flower buds turned into full bloom purple lily flower overnight. It reveals that nature is working day and night to give us their best. But have you spared some time for yourself to enjoy the beauty of nature?

Many families have come here for picnic. Some even get a sampan and row the boat in the pond enjoying the beauty of the pond while others start their BBQ near to the pond.

The sunset scene is fantastic in Sibu Forestry Department. It is so romantic and poetic. Many could not help themselves and started singing in the moonlight night.

Fishing in the pond is fun especially when you catch your own fish and BBQ it yourself. (But you have to pay for what you catch by weight).

It is a good exercise to have a forest walk - crossing bridges, climbing up and down the slopes and stairs and up to the tower!

You can see the entire place at the top of seven-storey high tower. Up here you will realise how much effort the Sibu Forest Department has put into this place in bringing greenery back to the community.

A visit to the Sibu Forestry Department will make you realise the importance of grass, flowers, trees and everything that live within the forest.
